Highlights
The general avalanche hazard remains MODERATE. Unstable areas persist where a hard snow layer overlies weak faceted snow throughout the bottom of the snowpack. The possibility continues for hard slab avalanches up to three feet in depth to be triggered by snowmobilers on very steep wind loaded avalanche prone slopes when a trigger point is finally touched.
