Avalanche Summary

You can trigger a large and dangerous avalanche on many steep slopes facing west through north to southeast. You might be able to travel on a slope several times before it avalanches so don't let tracks on a slope trick you into thinking it is safe. To reduce your chances of being caught in an avalanche avoid traveling on or directly underneath slopes steeper than about 30 degrees on these aspects of concern.
