Avalanche Activity

The avalanche danger will increase during the day, reaching danger level 3 (considerable).

Avalanches can be released, even by a single winter sport participant. On steep north facing slopes medium-sized and, in isolated cases, large avalanches are possible. On steep grassy slopes gliding avalanches are possible.

Snowpack Structure

The weather conditions will give rise to increasing moistening of the snowpack.
