10 to 20 cm of recent snow sits over a thick crust capping a moist upper snowpack.
The snowpack contains a couple of crusts with overlying surface hoar or facet crystals, but these have not produced recent avalanche activity and are not a concern at this time.
The lower snowpack is strong and bonded.

Cloudy with up to 5 cm of snow. 30 km/h south ridgetop wind. Treeline temperature -3 °C with freezing level climbing to 1500 m.
Thursday
Mix of sun and cloud. 10 km/h south ridgetop wind. Treeline temperature -2 °C with freezing level climbing to 1600 m.
Friday
Cloudy with 5 cm of snow. 10 km/h northwest ridgetop wind. Treeline temperature -3 °C with freezing level climbing to 1500 m.
