Snow cover will be variable and often patchy with greatest accumulations remaining in gullies, corries and steep summit slopes above 800 metres. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Showers at the start of the night will be snow above around 750 metres before clearing to give dry weather for most of the day. Rain at all levels developing at the end of the afternoon. The freezing level will start at around 750 metres rising above the summits before dawn and remaining mild for the rest of the day. Winds will be moderate East-South-Easterly. Observed Weather Influences: A mainly dry day with some summit snow showers in the afternoon. Winds were light and variable.
