Forecast Weather Influences: It is expected to be mainly dry throughout the period. Overnight and during the morning the freezing level will gradually lower to around 1000 metres. Winds will be Easterly or South-Easterly, moderate overnight, easing during the day. Observed Weather Influences: It was a dry mild day with the freezing level above all summits. Winds were light to moderate, generally East-South-Easterly. ObservedSnowStability: The remaining patchy snowpack continues to slowly thaw and consolidate on all aspects and at all levels.
