Avalanche Summary

Most slopes lack the snowpack to produce an avalanche, but use caution if you find lingering connected snow in steep leeward terrain. As surfaces warm, you could trigger a small avalanche in the wet, unstable snow. It will likely be small, but could be dangerous in consequential terrain. Start and end your day early to reduce your risk of encountering wet avalanches.
