Highlights
The General Avalanche Hazard is MODERATE today. New snow and south winds will form new soft slabs on leeward aspects. The hazard will increase as these slabs increase in depth and volume. Some potential remains for snowmobilers to trigger deeper slabs up to three feet in depth in cliff areas and steep wind loaded avalanche starting zones.
