Highlights
At the mid and upper elevations strong southwest winds and new snow will begin to form isolated shallow pockets of new soft slab in avalanche starting zones late in the day. At the lower elevations warm temperatures and rain showers will combine to weaken the snowpack and create the potential for wet loose and wet slab avalanches.
