Highlights
The general avalanche hazard remains MODERATE. Strong winds will begin to form pockets of new soft surface slab on leeward aspects. These shallow surface slabs are likely to be easily triggered but limited in size. Old hard slabs up to five feet in depth linger and have some potential to be human triggered on steep slopes with severe consequences.
