Avalanche Summary

Most slopes are free from avalanches, except for where you may be able to trigger small loose avalanches on shady, steep, and sheltered slopes near and below treeline. Here, the snowpack continues to weaken, making it easier to trigger a loose avalanche in weak cohesionless snow. While small in size, these avalanches could be dangerous if they push you into a tree.

Cooler temperatures this weekend should bring an end to wet avalanche concerns for now.
