Highlights
Deep slabs up to four feet in depth continue to be seen and more could be triggered today by skiers or snowmobilers especially in cliff areas and steep, wind loaded starting zones that have not seen recent avalanche activity. These slabs lie upon weak faceted snow and could pull out deeper snow, possibly to the ground. At low elevations and on sunlit aspects the chance of wet snow slides will increase as the day warms.
