Highlights

Isolated pockets of soft slab up to 18 inches in depth exist in steep wind loaded starting zones and cliff areas at the upper elevations. These slabs will become more sensitive this afternoon as temperatures rise at upper elevations on sunlit slopes and could be triggered today by backcountry users. Avalanches at low elevations are unlikely today. .
