Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is LOW today. At the highest elevations new soft slabs will begin to form on very slick old snow surfaces. As these slabs increase in depth they may be easily triggered by humans on steeper wind loaded aspects. Avalanches are very unlikely in areas which do not have an older underlying snowpack.
