Forecast Snow Stability: The much depleted and stable snowpack will remain fragmented and patchy, thawing at lower elevations but will begin to refreeze around summit levels. There will be few snow patches remaining below 600 metres with mostly bare ground above. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Expect a largely dry day with lingering hill fog. It will be a little cooler as the freezing level will lower overnight to settle at around 800 metres through the day. There will be a moderate to fresh South-South-West wind at summit level. Observed Weather Influences: A mild and dry day, with hill fog in the morning becoming more broken later. Light South-West wind. Freezing level remained well above the summits. ObservedSnowStability: What little snow remains is stable, patchy and thawing at all levels, and becoming more depleted. There is mostly bare ground with a few snow patches existing below 600 metres. The avalanche hazard is Low.
