Forecast Snow Stability: Fresh deposits of poorly bonded windslab will develop on North-West through North to Easterly aspects above 950 meters. Areas particularly affected will be gully tops, corrie rims, crag aprons and the leeward side of ridge crests, where avalanches are likely. Cornices will continue to build on these aspects. Below 950 meters, on the same aspects, localised windslab will develop in wind sheltered locations, such as shallow gullies and steep banks. The avalanche hazard will be Considerable.
