Outgoing longwave radiation during the night will be good. As a consequence of warming during the day more small and medium-sized moist snow slides and avalanches are possible below approximately 2600 m. Caution is to be exercised below very steep, sunny starting zones that have retained the snow thus far. The wind slabs of the last few days are lying on weak layers in high Alpine regions. They can still be released in some cases in particular on north to east to southeast facing aspects above approximately 2500 m. There is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface. This applies in particular in the early morning.

The conditions are wintry at high altitude. In particular adjacent to ridgelines snow depths vary greatly, depending on the infuence of the wind. Weak layers exist in the centre of the snowpack on steep shady slopes. Low and intermediate altitudes and very steep sunny slopes: Sunshine and high temperatures will give rise as the day progresses to increasing moistening of the snowpack below approximately 2600 m. The conditions are spring-like. In particular at low and intermediate altitudes from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.
