Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Pockets of unstable soft slab to two feet in depth exist on steep wind loaded slopes and gullies. These slabs lie upon weak layers of faceted snow and hard crusts and could be triggered especially by riders who venture into avalanche starting zones and cliff areas.
