Highlights
Small isolated pockets of soft slab less than one foot in depth exist in upper elevation start zones and are sensitive to human triggers. As temperatures rise the potential for wet loose sluffs on steep sunlit aspects will increase. Human triggered wet slides are possible as the day warms especially in cliff areas, on steep banks and near rock outcrops. Be aware of the increase in the hazard as crusts soften and the snowpack weakens.
