Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE and will INCREASE as the day warms. Soft slabs up to 18 inches in depth formed by northwest winds exist. These slabs could be triggered by humans who venture into steep wind loaded avalanche starting zones. Very warm temperatures will increase the sensitivity of these slabs to human triggers as the day warms. Wet loose and wet slabs avalanches are possible in the afternoon.
