Highlights

The storm cycle that started last Thursday has deposited over forty inches of snow in the mountains. Winds have developed deeper drifts. Skiers have triggered DANGEROUS slides to four feet in depth throughout the Teton area. Most slides were on North to Southeast aspects. The slides have mostly run on the interface between the old snow and the new storm snow. As the snowpack settles larger triggers such as the second or later person on a slope may start a slide.
