Avalanche Summary

Use caution on steep slopes on the north and east side of the mountain, where you find more than about a foot of fresh snow. This new slab sits on weak snow below and could produce an avalanche as the snow becomes more cohesive. Choose southerly-facing terrain where harder crusts are beneath the new snow as a safer option.
