Recent storm snow is settling yet the potential for sluffing to catch a skier off guard remains our main concern. Caution skiing over terrain traps like cliffs and gullies in steep terrain where the consequences of a small stuff are magnified.
Be cautious of sluffing in steep terrain.If you are increasing your exposure to avalanche terrain, do it gradually as you gather information.

Winds associated with the incoming front are forecast to be NW  50 to 80km/hr at mountain top levels today which reverses typical loading patterns. Buried windslab from previous storms still linger.
