Saturday: Cloudy with light rain. 5-10 mm accumulating over the day with a possible 10 cm of new snow accumulating in the alpine. Precipitation peaking overnight. Moderate to strong southwest winds. Alpine high temperatures around +3 with freezing levels to 2000 metres.
Sunday: Mainly sunny with possible new snow amounts of 10-20 cm in high alpine areas. Moderate northwest winds. Alpine high temperatures around -1 with freezing levels to 1300 metres.
Monday: A mix of sun and cloud. Light west winds. Alpine high temperatures around -3 with freezing levels to 900 metres.

Looking forward, Saturday's storm may deliver enough new snow overnight to form a storm slab problem limited to smooth surfaces in the alpine, such as rock slabs or patches of smooth snow cover.
Snowpack Summary
The south coast ranges have yet to form a snowpack in all but their highest alpine reaches. Where snow cover exists, it is patchy and consists primarily of melt-freeze crust. In a few areas, limited snow cover has formed smooth surfaces which will readily act as sliding surfaces for future snowfall.
