Der det ligger sammenhengende snødekke i høyden består snøoverflaten hovedsakelig av fokksnø av varierende hardhet. Det gamle snødekket antas stabilt etter mildvær og gjenfrysing, unntatt i de aller høyestliggende områdene. Det er generelt lite snø.
Tendency
Naturally released large avalanches is possible due to unstable storm slabs in the alpine. Naturally released wet avalanches possible during nighttime and early morning. Wet avalanche activity will diminish as the temperature drop through the day.
