Glacier.
The main hazards at Rogers Pass are smacking rocks, stumps, and all the other people crammed into the sparse slopes that can be ridden. There isn't much snow!!

No new avalanches have been observed in the past few days. A field team in the Fidelity area observed small, loose surface sluffs running fast on steep rolls.
Expect a thin surface crust on steep terrain facing the sun. Widespread feathery surface hoar is present from valley bottom up into the Alpine.
The height of snow at treeline is approx 80cm which is 40cm below average. Many rocks/trees lurk just below the snow surface! Snow coverage on glaciers is also thin.
The base of the snowpack consists of weak, sugary facets.
The dry spell continues at Rogers Pass with no significant snowfall forecasted until the weekend.
Tonight: Mainly cloudy, light variable winds, low -13°C with alpine temp inversion
Thurs: Cloudy, light winds, Alp high -11°C. Temp inversion starts to break down
Fri: Mix of sun/cloud, light snow flurries with light W winds, Alp high -9°C
Sat: Cloudy with snow flurries, light wind gusting to 35km/hr, Alp high -9°C
