Forecast Snow Stability: The existing shallow snow cover will start to gradually thaw and consolidate in the mild conditions. Any remaining old snow patches will be well bonded and stable. Greatest cover will be found in North through East to South-East aspects above 850 metres. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Mainly dry with only a few light showers overnight, falling as snow on the highest summits. Moderate southerly winds ease with the freezing level around 1000 metres. Observed Weather Influences: Overnight showers, falling as snow above 800 metres, gradually cleared to leave a mainly dry and sunny afternoon. South-Westerly winds were fresh with the freezing level around 850 metres. ObservedSnowStability: Fresh accumulations of isolated windslab are present on North to East aspects above 850 metres. Gully tops, coire rims and other steep wind shelters areas mostly affected. Any remaining old snow patches are stable. Many slopes exposed to direct sunlight are now snow free. The avalanche hazard is Low.
