Weakly bonded old snow on north, northeast and northwest facing slopes.

Snowpack Structure

The old snowpack will be gradually well bonded. Individual avalanche prone locations for dry avalanches are to be found especially on very steep slopes above approximately 2500 m.

Tendency

The avalanche situation is more favourable in highly frequented off-piste terrain.
