Avalanche Summary

You can trigger an avalanche in the surface snow that could knock you off your feet. Be careful where you find more than about 10 inches of loose cohesionless snow on steep slopes. A small sluff in consequential terrain could be dangerous and knock you into terrain you don’t want to bounce through. Most other slopes offer safer riding.
