Avalanche Summary

You may be able to trigger an avalanche in wind-drifted snow at upper elevations. The more dangerous slopes face north to northeast through east. Cracking in the snow surface is an indicator of an unstable slope.

For safer travel options, stick to slopes less than 30 degrees in steepness protected from the wind.
