Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Southwest to Westerly winds have formed surface slabs to two feet in depth on steep, leeward aspects that could be triggered by backcountry users today. Once triggered these slabs could step to the ground where a layer of weak faceted snow lies.
