Highlights
The general avalanche hazard remains CONSIDERABLE today. Dangerous slabs up to four feet in depth exist in steep wind loaded starting zones and could be triggered by snowmobilers or skiers who venture onto them. These slabs could pull out out deeper layers of snow that lie upon weak facets, particularly on Northerly aspects. Wet slides are possible on steep snow covered slopes at the lower elevations. Guides in the area have reported many recent surface slabs in the area to be easily triggered and a large slide was reported to have run to the ground on a Northerly aspect of Angle Mtn. over the weekend.
