Isolated pockets of soft slabs to two feet in depth persist on some upper elevation northerly aspects. A melt freeze cycle has resulted in a mostly stable snowpack on other aspects in the early morning hours. As temperatures warm and the snow surfaces soften the hazard at all elevations and on all aspects will increase. Humans could trigger soft slabs on very steep wind loaded upper elevation shaded aspects at any time during the day and wet loose or wet slabs on steep snow covered slopes after significant warming has occured.
