Highlights

The general avalanche hazard remains MODERATE. DANGEROUS hard slabs one to three feet in depth lie upon a persistant weak layer of faceted snow and could be human triggered. Variations in the distribution of this weak buried layer make it difficult to predict which slopes are unstable. The nature of this instability may allow multiple passes by riders or skiers on an unstable slope before it fails.
