Highlights

New, very light density snow overnight and strong predominantly west to northwest winds at high elevations have created the potential for slabs to 18 inches in depth on lee slopes. Cold temperatures and significant settling has helped to stabilize the underlying snow but the possiblity remains of triggering deeper pockets on steep slopes or cliff areas at all elevations.
