Avalanche Summary
An unusually shallow snowpack means most slopes are currently safe from avalanches. One to five inches of snow from the recent storm is not enough to increase the danger. If you do encounter stiff, wind-drifted snow on a steep, planar slope, consider going around it. Especially if it is above a terrain trap like a cliff or creek.
