Highlights
In steep wind loaded upper elevation starting zones isolated pockets of soft slab up to ten inches in depth lie upon older dense wind slabs up to three feet in depth. These soft surface slabs can be easily triggered and the potential exists for deeper slab activity especially with larger triggers such as groups and snowmachines. Mostly stable snow exists at the mid and lower elevations where avalanches are unlikley except in isolated pockets on the steepest slopes.
