Highlights

DANGEROUS slabs up to three feet in depth lie upon weak layers of light density snow and slick crusts. High winds the last 24 hours have added additional loading on lee slopes. Triggered slabs could step to the ground. Three skiers were caught in a slide they triggered in the Rock Springs drainage two days ago. Natural slides have also released on moderately steep wind loaded slopes at all elevations. Slides are likely today on road cuts and steep low elevaion terrain due to warm temperatures.
