Highlights
Strong ridgetop southwest winds have formed isolated pockets of new soft slab up to one foot in depth in some upper elevation starting zones. These isolated pockets of slab lie upon faceted snow and should be easy to trigger and could release naturally as strong winds and new snow continue to load favored starting zones. Avalanches are unlikley at the mid and lower elevations.
