Highlights
Dense slabs one to four feet in depth exist on a variety of steep wind loaded aspects at all elevations. These slabs lie upon slick crusts and weak layers of faceted snow and could be human triggered. Numerous close calls occured earlier in the week. Use caution today and avoid steep wind loaded slopes, known avalanche paths, steep canyons and gullies.
