Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Dense slabs up to two feet in depth exist on some steep wind loaded aspects. These slabs could be triggered by riders or skiers and have the potential to pull out deeper weak layers. The hazard will increase as temperatures warm. Wet slides are possible on steep sunlit aspects during the warmest portions of the day. Avoid steep banks, gullies and avalanche prone terrain.
