From the late morning as a consequence of warming during the day and solar radiation there will be only a slight increase in the danger of moist and wet avalanches, caution is to be exercised in particular in steep rocky terrain below approximately 2600 m. In steep gullies moist avalanches can reach medium size. The wind slabs of the last few days are lying on weak layers in high Alpine regions. They can still be released in some cases in particular on northwest to northeast to east facing aspects above approximately 2500 m. There is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface. This applies in particular in the early morning.

The conditions are wintry at high altitude. Individual weak layers exist in the snowpack on shady slopes. Adjacent to ridgelines hardly any snow is lying. Low and intermediate altitudes and very steep sunny slopes: The conditions are spring-like. Less snow than usual is lying. The high temperatures gave rise to moistening of the snowpack below approximately 2500 m.

The weather conditions will foster a gradual strengthening of the snowpack.
