Forecast Weather Influences: Remaining mild with the freezing above the summits. Winds will be fresh, South-South-Easterly veering to Southerly during the day. Largely dry, although a few light showers are possible. Observed Weather Influences: Mild conditions have continued to affect the area, the freezing level was above the summits. Winds were light from a South-Easterly direction and it was predominantly dry.
ObservedSnowStability: Greatest snow amounts are on North to Easterly aspects above 900 metres. The snowpack continues to slowly thaw and diminish at all elevations but it remains generally stable in all locations. Any remaining cornices are fragile and prone to collapse. The avalanche hazard is Low.
