A few cm's of new snow may help the travel conditions, but it is not enough to create any significant avalanche hazard. We continue to have a very stable snowpack with no problems of note. Use normal precautions when entering steep alpine terrain.
Weather Forecast
A mix of sun and cloud on Saturday with increasing West winds later in the day. Some flurries are forecast on Sunday, but nothing sufficient to change the avalanche forecast is expected at this time.
Snowpack Summary
A few cm of new snow now covers the mix of sun crust, facets, wind slab and surface hoar depending on the aspect and elevation. The three main features in the snowpack are the Nov 27th and Nov 23rd crusts down 10-40 cm, and the Halloween crust/facet layer sitting 30-50 cm above the ground. No significant test results on these layers recently.

No new avalanches observed or reported in the past several days has lead to no avalanche problems being listed in the bulletin.
