Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE. Soft slabs up to two feet in depth could be triggered by backcountry users on steep upper elevation slopes where recent wind loading has occurred. The potential for large loads to trigger full depth avalanches may persist in isolated areas. Three snowmobilers were killed by an avalanche yesterday in Indian Creek drainage, an area of the Snake River Range.
