Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Unstable slabs one to three feet in depth persist and could be triggered in steep wind loaded avalanche starting zones and near cliff areas. These slabs may be crossed several times before releasing when a rider hits a trigger point. Sunshine and warming temperatures will increase the sensitivity of these slabs to human triggers and could cause wet slides on steep sunlit slopes today.
