Avalanche Summary

A return to above-normal temperatures and less wind means the snow will get wetter faster on Sunday. If rollerballs start trenching deeply into the snowpack, you'll want to avoid very steep slopes. The steeper and rockier a slope is, the more susceptible it is to wet avalanches. Although avalanches won't be large enough to bury a person, wet avalanches can be powerful and can knock you off your feet easily.
