Avalanche Summary

Strong westerly winds will drift any available snow onto lee slopes. Although avalanche conditions are generally safe, if you were to trigger a small avalanche, it would be in a stiff area of recently drifted snow. These areas are isolated and should be easily identifiable. Avoid smooth and rounded areas on steep slopes in the alpine
