Most slopes are free of avalanche danger due to a shallow and weak snowpack. Unseasonably warm temperatures on Friday may produce loose avalanche activity on sunny slopes that maintain snow coverage. To avoid this problem, stay off slopes that hold wet and sloppy snow in the afternoon.
