Snow is/has falling/fallen in Alpine terrain so its time to have avalanches starting to come into your mind! We are still below threshold in most areas but like Christmas, avalanche season is coming, so be prepared.
Some snow is starting to accumulate along the divide but amounts are still quite small. If you are out, its just a good time to start thinking about avalanches. Ice climbers as you start to peer up at the rock faces waiting for the drips to freeze and accumulate keep it in your mind!
